"Went to buy a jacket with my dads who often buys from Sunspel but on online. The lady working there today was so rude, on her phone talking on WhatsApp not offering any help, the clothes are priced so high because they’re meant to offer a good service and high quality. When we were about to pay she was listening to voice messages on her WhatsApp and then allowed a woman to jump infront to return an item while we were trying to pay for a jacket that was about £500+ I am happy my dad walked away and didn’t but the jacket all due to terrible customer service. Very rude staff"

"Sunspel clothing is expensive, HOWEVER the quality is absolutely exceptional. I'd rather buy one item every six months from here than any other store - as I know it will last for +10 years. There are few british brands I would say match the quality of this brand."

"Notice: This is a review regarding the quality of Sunspel's corduroy trousers, not the brand on whole. Poor, for a garment I wear infrequently they have damaged very easily; first the rear belt support came away within a few wears, then the corner of the back pocket has split leaving a hole. Seen as the trousers have only been used in leisurely situations I am suprised how quickly they have deteriorated. I do not recommend them to other customers."
