"I have had the worst experience with this company I think they don’t even deserve 1 star!! I have ordered a bathroom cabinet to be wall hanged for £3500. I paid a deposit and the reminder before installation as they want the full amount before they install. On the day of installation they sent one joiner to fit it where really you needed two joiners. As he was installing it he decided that this unit can’t be wall hanged and it would need to be on legs or with something else to support it but it’s not what I ordered!!! Also other parts of the unit were not right so basically I got a unit that couldn’t be installed. They tried for two days to fit it which I had to take time off work and still no solution. They insisted that I should put legs on the unit or put a plinth but it’s not what I ordered or wanted!! They left me for over 5 weeks with ugly black plastic legs to support the unit. I have decided that I wanted my money back and for them to remove the unit but that was also a struggle to receive my refund. Their manager wrote to me that they are considering their rights even though I was protected under the Consumer Act right 15 and they failed to honour the contract. It was hell going backwards and forwards with the communication where he put his phone down at me at some point! Then I got a call from another manager who apologise for this and he agreed to refund me. Cut story short, the unit is only been removed today I now have my full refund after weeks and weeks of waiting and I would absolutely say DO NOT order from them !! Terrible customer service, bad design service, the whole experience left me with a bad taste!"

"This is the third time I have used Bluebell and as previously they were superb. It would be fair to say this has been the most problematic job so far but thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Bluebell staff these were easily fixed. James has designed each project and I can only say he is excellent, dealing with any problems in a calm, professional manner. Thank you, James your help was much appreciated. The fitters, Anthony and Frank were excellent workmen and most helpful. I cannot forget Karen based in the office, she is always a delight to deal with. Thank you, Bluebell you were wonderful yet again!"

"Bluebell are capable of great things and unfortunately they let us down so badly this time we will not be using them again. Warning: Regardless of who does work for you, you need to fully document and video/record and supervise work in case something does not go right and it later has to be disputed, found out the hard way. May I say that John Horner was great to deal with and a real asset to their team, I wish everyone I deal with in life is as helpful going forward. As of today 26/05/2022 one of the units door fell apart and almost hit my wife on the head."

"The sales process was reasonably good although we did have to chase a few times. However, since paying up front (in full), the service could not be worse. We are now over 3 weeks delayed from our initial installation date. Despite numerous promises of people coming to complete the job, it is never as promised. An email confirmation from yesterday will turn out not to be true, or honoured. The men that do finally arrive have done a good job but I have ZERO confidence in the management."
