"AMAZING range, value and service! I’ve recently moved house, and rather than waiting months for a new sofa and bed, I popped along to Heatons after stalking their social media for a few weeks prior to get a sense of their stock! I purchased two sofas and an ottoman bed with mattress… and I’m over the moon! The delivery was a few days later, and I’m now all set! I’ve since been back this week to get a dining table and chairs, and can’t wait to have that delivered next week! Honestly can’t recommend them enough, I’m actually sad that I haven’t got more that I need to get from them at the moment!"
"Beyond shocking experience from this company, do not order from them! Ordered a mattress that was in stock and even though it was sitting in the warehouse ready for delivery it took them four weeks to organise a courier even though I had paid for a delivery fee. Cannot see why it took so long, incredibly poor service, avoid at all costs !!!"
