"I bought a pair of jeans from your watford branch. It needed alteration and I was advised to go to the Brent Cross store to have it altered. I handed my jeans in on the 16/02/23 and paid an additional fee for home delivery after Alteration. I was informed this would take 2 weeks and they’ll send it back to me. It’s now the 15/03/23 I haven’t received my product nor had any contact to keep me informed. I have had to chase this myself to be told they don’t know what happened to my jeans and will have to get back to me."

"Store is well-kept and majority of staff were helpful and friendly. However, the curly haired (I’m assuming) manager was curt and rather unhelpful towards my requests. Rather than assisting herself she signalled one of the other employees over and ordered him to take my request. Thankfully the employee was helpful and very patient as I explained what I wanted. I would recommend this store however do not seek service from the manager"
