"Very unorganised queuing with no proper displayed signage cuasing unacceptable amount of confusion for shoppers. None of the staff seemed concerned and this has been going on for months. I went in October last year and went yesterday and still the same. Massive ques for returns with people queuing in wrong aisles. Not enough staff to support customers and management don't seem bothered. I waited 1hr to return items due to all the hassle of queuing lines. Send checkout is not manned properly with people confused."

"Never thought I will complain about a clothets store, but had the worst experience ever over there. Cashier poked a hole in my jacket which was on an accident but I was very cool with it. She ordered me a new one and asked me to come and collect on saturday. Minutes later I have received an e-mail about my order which said that I have to come and collect on monday. Went back to check about the date when the other cashier came over with such a bad attitude and send me away because theres nothing they can do. I understand How difficult people can be but She had no reason to treat me like this."

"I visited on 1Feb 2023 was in line to pay, there was only one retail lady taking payments, I noticed she was smiling at everyone but treated me with disgust. where is the problem? we are all the same... like i am judged, despised for my looks. people like this should not work in contact with customers ( short lady ,she is blonde )"

"Queued 20 minutes in the men’s section for a refund today. Got to the till the lady said I can only do returns in the women's section. I explained that I’d just queued for a long time and the Watford store allows for returns at any till. She then rudely pointed to a small sign at the till that said purchases only. I asked how I was meant to see that when the queue was halfway up the store. She had a terrible attitude and was rude, a real jobsworth. Zara really need to sort their attitude and returns policy in store, all stores should be the same."

"Horrible management. Returns were sent to only one till where I stood in line for over an hour and the other 2 tills had online 2-3 costumers . Tried to talk to the employees and they couldn’t give me a decent reason why it’s like that ."
