"Rude and unprofessional staff! I’ve been Reiss central London particularly King’s road and Regents street customer for many years but sadly their Brent Cross boutique doesn’t live up with Riess reputation at all. A white big built staff, who refused to give us his name, ignored us and walked away when we asked for his assistance! We heard him making fun of customers with his colleague. We raised the concern with the duty manager Paula but she started defending them! It looked like Discriminatory and bullying behaviour of staff wasn’t an issue to her."
