"Great Product, Awful Customer Service! Took delivery of three new sofas purchased from Roche Bobois Manchester. Delivered to new build property and kept in protective wrapping until room was ready. When unpacked noticed damage to two sofas which we reported to RB Manchester and was basically told 'nothing to do with us, you must have done it, when we explained that they had not ever been unpacked since delivery they told us 'The delivery drivers unpacked them and you inspected them' which is a complete lie as we specifically told them not to unpack them as the room was not finished. Customers beware! Once you have paid your money to RB Manchester you are on your own. Make sure you thoroughly check your furniture as they will not help you once items are delivered! I cant remember the last time a supplier called me a liar!."
