"Went to the drive through Costa in Park gate to sit in after some christmas shopping. It wasn't up to the usual standard. MIL's latte was very weak and not overly hot, the guy's attitude who heated my toastie was pretty awful, he huffed and puffed about having to do it and then rather than moving the cup to put it on the tray just slapped it down on the edge and stalked off. I think next time we'll go to the one at the entrance near Nando's."
