"why does it say on your website that you are open until 21:00 on Saturday? I came at 20:17 and the store was closed in front of me!!! I drove from the other side of the city specifically to Jack Wills, Knowing that the store will close at 21:00. Change the time on the site, do not confuse people!!!"

"It’s now under a very friendly but professional new manager and great staff. They’re a world away from the lazy and rude old manager and staff from back in October 2022. A real refreshing change of attitude. My family will return a few more times to shop now!"

"Some nice items but they don’t seem to have anything new in their range. I only rate their hoodies and t shirts as they are worth the money and in a sale they are really bargains. Sizes are a bit hit and miss so best to try out a clothes in-store if you like trying on clothes before buying. I personally don’t. Staff are rather arrogant and I saw a girl tut and sigh when someone asked to check something for them. Not very nice customer service, rather off putting. Store it self was nice and tidy. Few displays were neat and gave a few ideas as to possible outfit combos."

"Dreadful company and careful ordering online. Their sizes are all over the place and inconsistent even between ongoing lines. Returns are at customer expense. No telephone support. Took 5 days and chasing for just an email reply. They don't read the emails properly. Jack Wills used to be a great company but have become bloated and incoherant - their stores are shutting everywhere and I'm not surprised. If you like what they used to be - switch to Aubin (store off Carnaby St) for a well thought out and coherent shop with great staff."
