"I went in to buy a dress shirt and the staff would not let me try the shirt on (it was in its package). They did of course offer me to try a different tester shirt on in my size but i wanted to see the dress shirt look, fit and size. Once I purchased they then said I could try it on. Bizarre experience"

"I used Moss Bros for wedding suit hire, and despite initially being skeptical after reading some reviews, I found the whole process easy and everything was fine. Suits arrived early, everything was right (except one shirt was button cuff rather than double - not a huge issue), and the price was reasonable. I hired 7 suits in one go and very easy with everyone using a different store for sizing etc. Customer service was always very good"
