"From the moment I stepped into the very smart shop, the service and attention received was top class! I hired a Tux with the works and was suitably impressed with the quality and was all set for Saturday night as 007 with my wife as my Bond girl for her 40th birthday party. A few days later, on the afternoon of the party that evening I popped back to collect my Tux but made the unfortunate mistake of arriving at the shop at 4pm..(closing time!!) thinking they shut at 5.. Gutted.. what do I do now? No 007 tonight I thought :-( My only hope was to send an email with the hope that it gets picked up.. a massive long shot I know but it was my only option.. Then approximately an hour later I received a call from the owner to say that he’ll pop back to open up so I could pick up my Tux!! What a guy! I couldn’t thank him enough.. Bond was back and the evening could continue as planned but not without the kindness and professionalism of the owner.. There aren’t many businesses with this level of customer care & attention, I highly recommend this place! What a guy! Five stars ***** :-)"

"Cannot recommend enough! Hired suits for my groomsmen at VivaldiPro. Despite being peak time with the wedding season, school proms and Ascot, the process was easy and smooth throughout. The attentive quality of service from Elbek and the team was exceptional and better than any high street chain. The suits were excellent quality, reasonably priced and tailored for perfect fit!
