"Slowest drive through ever for standard drinks order, while the car park looked full a queue didn't seem to exist at the counter. Drink quality was below par as well. Cool building though."
"Went in the drive through. Despite only 2 cars In Front service was quite slow. Staff member who served was very friendly, but only realised when I drove away that they had given me the wrong drink."
"Quite possibly the worst flat white I've ever had. It was a decaf almond milk one but it had no froth and was, at best, lukewarm. I should have known by how quickly it was made, and the shop wasnt busy at all, so no excuses for rushing it. I didn't have the time or the inclination to complain."
"We eventually stopped for a drink after passing this iconic building for years. It was very quiet so we ordered I had a white Americano when it came it was black no idea if you have to put your own milk in anyway I couldn't tell if there was any milk in as the bubbles covered the top. Sat down and took a sip then I realized it was black well as there was no one else in ordering coffee you would think they could get a simple order right. Couldn't arsed to go back to the counter so drank it Wich to be honest was a good coffee. Went to the toilet no toilet paper."
"This is without doubt one of the most spectacular Starbucks in England. I have driven past this iconic services on the A1 in Nottinghamshire a thousand times and it has been empty for maybe ten years. With a bright and airy interior, this is a fabulous resting place for a refreshment break. The building was a revolutionary design in the 1960s, by architect Sam Scorer of Lincoln and was last occupied 'eons' ago by Little Chef. This former 'filling station' (ask your grandad) with a crazy parabolic roof is now under the umbrella of the National Transport Trust as a Heritage Site."
