"Every time I go in there the shop is a mess, the sale is always unshoppable & the fitting rooms close over 1 hour before the shop itself closes. Last visit I was told that they had several staff off sick or on holiday & didn’t have any extra staff to cover. There were 15 people in the queue ahead of me when I got there & only 1 man serving, he was ordering something for a customer. One of the people waiting shouted “can you get someone to jump on tills please this is ridiculous” at the same time someone was coming over to the tills, it always seems massively understaffed. Wide fit shoes don’t have many options & the kids section seems to have taken over, there are no larger sizes or maternity options in this store which is a shame as it would easily sell well there. I won’t be heading there anytime soon if I can help it."
