"This shop has terrible service. The owner got the measurements wrong and when we mentioned that, she told me that she did nothing wrong and not to talk to her like that even though it was a decent request to get extra length. She then started discussing about other dresses being damaged that had nothing to do with us. The only thing that was okay was the other worker who took care of us even though the owner was very rude and would over talk not listening to us at all."

"We bought a saree and men's jacket for a wedding - brilliant experience. They had the saree tailored with hooks so no need to have help to tie it on the day and had the top altered to fit. Great service and incredibly friendly, and lovely fabrics and garments. Thank you!"

"I recently went to this store around eight weeks ago to order some wedding dresses for my family, I was constantly told they would arrive on time, but whenever I tried to call they hung up! The customer service is terrible, I still haven’t gotten my dresses and every time I try to phone they ignore me, give me excuses, tell me they will call later and they never do. I need the dresses by next week and it’s too late to order from anywhere else. I would honestly never recommend this shop to anyone."

"Currently going through the same situation as others. If i could rate it 0 stars i would. She keeps reassuring us it will come on a specific day, she says the driver didnt come or she will drop it to our home address. But then she refuses to answer her phone. She was fast enough to take deposit for samples but weve not got long left till the wedding and weve still got 13 outfits missing."

"Wish I could give no stars, absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a bridal dress and was told it would be ready in 6 weeks in time for the wedding and we were assured that it would be here on time, "120%" is what we were told. However, every time we called, we were told that everything is on time and it will be here in time. 3 days before the big day, we go to pick it up as we were told it would come on that day, only to be told that the dress is not coming and is STILL being made. Kept insisting that it wasn't their fault, absolutely disappointed that they lied to our faces and left us in such a difficult position, 3 days before one of the most important events of our life. Do not shop here ever!"
