"After reading reviews I honestly think that this shop has old designs and material is not high quality and persuade you to buy from them but honestly I bought outfit and it was quiet heavy I tried it on at home did not fit so exchanged for another one but that was not great either it was more heavy then first one and did not fit properly. So I went back to him and he refused to give me refund and ended up with credit note. Which is lifetime. Please avoid to shop here he will persuade you with discounts. This place is not worth buying from please do not purchase from here ever again."

"I buy one Lehenga keep on pushing when I’m back home to double check disaster cloth is almost tear up I couldn’t see but when I took my time to check it disaster not a place to go there’s no return policy life is a karma put promotion sales drop price and take out all your stock clothes out I think more than 5 yrs staying getting heat that’s y the cloth material is almost damaged"

"Don’t buy from here. Completely unprofessional. We ordered 4 custom lenghas, got measured by the staff and had everything written down, the main thing we wanted was for the top to be longer for modesty and the outfit to fir us properly, we also got the colours changed (this was the only thing done properly). We ordered about 8 weeks in advance and was told it will be ready by the 25th of July. Leading up to the date there was an issue that the dresses might be cancelled because of COVID-19 in India, the owner told us he will let us know by the following Monday, after messaging him, visiting the shop a few times with no response he finally let us know about 2 weeks after, don’t give us a date if you wont stick to it. Dresses weren’t cancelled so we carried on waiting for them to be ready by the said date. When it came to the date, the owner said it still isn’t ready and told us to wait until he gives us another date (this was so close to the wedding which made things harder for us), after this he wouldn’t reply to our messages, he would view them, ignore calls etc. Then when we finally got to see our dresses it was the 2nd of August (8 days late). The fitting was awful, it wasn’t a lengha anymore it was a body con dress, the sleeve lengths were all different, the top was still short and it was overall tight for every lengha. The owner had no response for us just asked us to pay, we said we wont pay until it is fixed as it isn’t wearable at all. With more convincing he agreed to go to the tailor next door and get it fixed, we had no hope as there was no space for the top to be made bigger, they told us they will put a lace instead, this lace looks like a border of a curtain…We told them to fix it by the next day and they said they will. We came back the next day and nothing was fixed, still the same fitting only a new lace was added (which still looked bad), so we got another tailor from the same shop, who was much better and actually communicated with us. Even though the dresses weren’t fitted nicely, we still bought it as it was only 1 week till the wedding and we looked everywhere for dresses that go with our theme and fit us all, otherwise we would have left the dresses without paying at all. This shop is an example of people who start a business without knowing what they are doing, and should not be allowed to operate."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE, rude staff and very poor customer service. I did not even wish to give this store a 1 star. They are selling damaged products. They advertise false information, claiming to be open at 11:30am on a saturday, my mum turns up accordingly to the store the first time and had to call the number on the business card to be told by the owner that he'll be there by 12pm. She waited around patiently to then have to call the owner again once it passed 12pm to be told he'll be yet another 30 mins. Ended up having to leave with disappointment. My mum returned later in the week to leave my wedding set inorder to have the missing stones put back in. Just to find out when my wedding set came home they still didn't completely sort it all out. I've now returned myself to have this sorted. Asked for some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience, travel (I live out of the area - travel time of 1 hour) but instead of trying to be half decent and provide good customer service they tried to sell us more products with a discount. What a joke!! As if I wish to give them anymore of my money. I asked for my money back as I was happy with there services and products. I haven't even worn this wedding set and it saddens me beyond words that they have messed me about on another leave. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! You'll only be disappointed."
