"When I first bought from this place, the woman who served me was very sweet and welcoming, I had asked to use her changing room but she made an excuse about it being out of use. Despite this I still bought from her because she gave me her word, and had promised me that she would exchange the product without hesitation. Of course the dress didn’t fit me, prior to me going back, I called her to explain the situation yet again very sweetly she gave me her word and promised she would exchange. When I went to exchange the dress, before even acknowledging me, she told me she would check for damages, immediately she made an excuse of me wearing the dress and returning it in a damaged state when it was never worn! I was completely flabbergasted in this situation, having explained to her over and over again that I haven’t worn the dress she suddenly yelled at me to not raise my voice and that she would call the police to remove me from her shop. I don’t know how she can treat her customers like this and how she can get away with scamming innocent people but she definitely does not deserve people’s hard earned money! I will NEVER be buying from her store and will let others know about this SCAMMER!"

"I would give them 0 stars if I could, but this needs to be seen. My aunty bought a dress from them and was specifically told that if anything is wrong come back in 14 days, no mention of no refund. We went not even 24hrs later and we were refused to try on the exchanged dress, and to avoid further disappointment we asked for a refund to try again, the owners sister in law ( or whoever she claims to be) is absolutely rude, she sweet talks you into purchasing the items but when anything is wrong or you’re just not happy with the dress, she interrupts what you are saying and is purely disrespectful. She threatened to even cancel my aunty’s exchange. They claim to have 30 years worth of customer service but even I have more manners than her and I’m only in my 20’s. I would seriously recommend no one to go here as the lady as well as her workers have a serious attitude problem. Instead me and my aunty will just stick to rang and Silk because they’re just 10,000 times better and will always put their customers first. A dog has more manners than the staff of Sidhu London, -100,000/10 would not recommend"

"Firstly this is a great! Lovely indian fashion shop. the owner and the ladies who are working there are lovely and friendly and helpful and so kind. best shop on green street for Asian dresses. Mummy and me were happy to finally find a indian shop that does reasonable price dress that are very fashionable ad ladies help us picked out a few pieces and recommended a few dresses. Thank you for the ladies helping us shop this week in your shop we would 100% recommend your shop and we will be back again all pieces we did buy were perfect for our trip to india and you made my mummy very happy with here dress choice and for taking the time to talking to her on the day. Many thanks ladies. 10/10"

"The staff here have no clue about customer service skills. The large lady who wears the same denim short every single day sits on a pedestal style stool glaring at you like a hawk ready to bite your head off if you ask for help. Her female child is a shorter version of her and looks about 14 and works in the shop - usually just stands there watching everyone as if they are potential shoplifters. Their stock is overpriced and the fabric and stitching are of poor quality. They refuse refunds under all circumstances so DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE unless you are absolutely 100 per cent sure the item is suitable for you- because they will not give you your money back. They also lie. The large woman is the wife of the Director of the business but claims "the manager can only authorise a refund" - but this "manager" does not frequent the shop so when she tells customers "come back later when the manager comes back" she is effectively fobbing you off. They do not have changing rooms so you cannot try the garments on before you buy. She tells customers "buy it and take it home and try on and bring back if not fit" - but when you return she firmly states "no refund only exchange if garment is faulty" - you can call trading standards or the whole world to this creatures feet but she will never give you the money back. They are rude and arrogant. There are plenty other shops in Green Street. Avoid this SIDHU place because they will mug you off."
