"Good selection of items as ever but customer service is terrible. Long queues with no effort to speed things up. The staff there are obviously not motivated or professional and are there to just pick up their pay, stack the shelves and avoid helping customers. This store was excellent a few years ago so a shame to see Next showing contempt to its customers by disregarding quality customer service at this branch."

"Store is a mess. Really long queue (around lunchtime on a weekday about a week and a half before Xmas). Asked 2 members of staff separately if I had to join the really long queue to pick up an online order (given there is an big sign highlighting where you would pick up said orders) and they looked at me like I had 2 heads…"

"Horrendous waited 15mins in the queue. Only 2 members of staff on the tills who were both serving customers whose transactions were involved. Didn't even bother to get help as the queue was getting bigger, not impressed with the customer service. When I finally got to till the staff member was more interested in going on her break! Need to sort it out...."

"Awful this time around. This place looked as awful as Primark. Clothes sprinkled around the shop without any consistency, loads of items on the floor. Wasn't allowed to wait in the fitting room area for my wife, while the previous time just 3 months ago this place was clean, ordered and no random clothes on the floor and i and other husbands were perfectly fine to wait in the fitting room area. Fitting room aside (maybe they changed the policy) the shopping floor was just awful nevertheless. What happened here Next? Absolutely awful experience!"
