"Great half price breakfast today for £2.99. Efficient staff - you get through a queue much quicker here than at Costa (which we gave up on - 4 staff behind their counter and an unmoving queue of ten). All food was nice, beans a bit cheap maybe, but enjoyed my meal. There was a lady going around constantly collecting trays while we were there. Only thing to improve for five stars - we tried to order at the self-service screen thing but there were no numbers to take so we had to queue (the numbers could do with being double sided). Anyway, long story short, good value and nice staff, quick queue."
"Just tried to order hot food at kirkstall morrisons at 2.28 on Sunday only to be rudely turned away saying this branch stop, serving hot food at 2.30. News to me as i have been going at this time for years."

Staff won't take things off the breakfast that's you are elergic to and are not interested in knocking the price down even tho your only having half the items ."

"There was a dead fly on our table most the tables needed clearing, there weren't a crazy amount of staff on but the place was empty so not sure why it was so unclean. I'm a manager of a restaurant myself so I know what hospitality can be like but can see no reasonable excuse for this. Furthermore, the food took 18 minutes to arrive which is a long wait for two paninis. Also the paninis were both burnt and the salad wilted. Just buy the supplies to make your own food and do so at home. Waste of time and money. I wasn't expecting anything special so they really had to outdo themselves by being so below my expectations."
