"The staff is very rude and entitled like their job is not related to customer service. Very bad attitude and atmosphere, the energy is a big no. If there are so many complaints why aren’t they doing something about it? It’s very unfortunate as the shop is loosing their customers. When asked something they respond like their annoyed and the person is stupid. When i came to collect my order was given a big box where the boots where placed and I asked for a bag. The lady said they don’t have big bags for such boxes and gave me a medium bag. She didn’t even bother to hand it to me she just dropped it on the floor and left so I sort it out alone. It was obvious that my hands were busy and the box was massive and awkward for me to handle and they didn’t even offer any help to place the box in the bag or to hold the bag at least while i place the box. Honestly how are such people working in shops??? uneducated and simply arrogant. Disgusting and disappointing."
