I popped in to try and find a pair of trousers for a last minute occasion and when they found they didn't have my size in stock they organised them to be picked up from their sister shop and dropped off in time for me to collect them. Friendly considerate local service and a good range of products."
"Very impressed with the customer service today. I entered the shop looking to buy the moomin lamp however there was only one left in stock that was slightly tatty. When I told the cashier that I'd be giving it as a gift to someone, she showed me what other moomin themed items they had in-store and even let me know of other stores that sell moomin themed plushies and lamps. To top it all off, in the end I was able to keep the moomin lamp for free. Will visit again."
"Firstly this shop offers really lovely products and is a great place to find interesting and unusual gifts. But today I was really impressed by the staff - particularly Laura. A gentleman entered the shop who behaved in a strange and intimidating way. I felt very uncomfortable in his presence as he spoke directly to me instead of browsing. Laura very politely but firmly asked him to leave the shop which he did. I am not easily intimidated, but this gentleman's presence was very unsettling. Thank you Laura and her colleague for being so kind :)"
