"Excellent customer service from staff. I had issues with my online return. My problem was delt with professionally in a kind and polite manner by staff working there that morning. I was truly delighted. I then physically shopped more items after. Well done. Good stuff and of nice quality clothes."

"This got a 2 star because the cashier took way to long to serve 1 customer, whilst there was a queue building up. She also was allowed that same customer to have her friend jump the queue (the friend was still looking for clothes whilst I was standing in the queue behind her friend. She then cut the queue to be with her friend and then said they was paying separately. At that point the cashier should of sent her to the back of the queue, but she didn't) I had to ask for another cashier because I wasn't going to allow them to queue jump over me."

"Always feel hopeful when I come to this store but very rarely actually make a purchase. I do not think the layout is the best that it could be. They have women's, children's and men's clothing, along with accessories like jewellery and bags and a shoe section. If I do find something to buy, there is often a long wait to be served, which is odd as the store never tends to be particularly busy. I would also add that the staff are not very welcoming or friendly or even look happy to be there."

"Basic clothes store and very reasonable prices. The best part is the kids department, they have fun designs but sizes go quickly so visit often. Shop looks messy sometimes but staff is always nice and doing their best. Saw someone steal a whole lot of jeans once and the security man ran after him and caught him."
