"This is my second experience in this store, there is one staff (black lady with lips lifted / lip tuck) who was very rude. I felt it could be racism against a brown women from a black women. As a customer I felt unsafe and felt slightly ripped off because I bought stuff for £200 but felt racially discriminated by this black lady me being a brown person myself. She did not answer my question at all. I mentioned it to another staff who was kind."

"If only 0 stars existed. Terrible Customer Service. Bad quality materials. Disappointing to find such unreasonable staff. If you're trying to shop responsibly and buy something which lasts don't waste your time here. The staff are more concerned with meeting store targets £££ than providing good customer service and doing a reclamation/exchange. Shame as staff from other branches are kind and accommodating."

"The fitting rooms are at the last floor and it takes forever to get a different size if you ask for help. Move them at the first floor at least and it will be a more pleasant experience. I went on a Saturday evening and girl told me in this exact words that I should ask her colleague for help because her shift is finishing. After she tried to gaslight me and tell me they don’t have any extra stock in storage."

"Wish I could rate this less than one star. Went to this particular store on a Saturday late afternoon with my boyfriend. Had the most uncomfortable experience I have EVER had shopping. We were followed around the store by security and one other shop assistant. They attempted to be subtle but didn’t do a good enough job. I have never stolen in my life and it made me start to wonder if they were racially profiling me. All in all disgusting, disrespectful and very uncomfortable experience - will never shop here again and will be writing to your corporate offices. I love this brand and always buy online but you’ve lost yourself a loyal customer."
