They refused to refund the difference. They bought a guy from next door who was extremely rude. Only way I got the difference was when I pointed out they didn't have signs about refunds of exchanges and threatened to contact the council. They are extremely dodgy"

The tailor was arrogant and he didn't want to admit to his mistake, saying we didn't give the sizes properly, when we clearly did.
