"I am not usually one to leave a bad review as I have worked in a few customer service jobs myself, however this is the exception. The staff here are absolutely awful! I visited on the 27th January 2023 at around 5pm. One girl working there gave me continuous dirty looks, even when smiling at her. A really unfriendly girl with a horrible attitude. I then went to pay. First of all there is no clear queue and I had girls cutting in front of me, and then the two girls at the counter were gossiping about inappropriate topics, I believe the girl serving me is called Rachel? As that is what it says on my receipt. I didn’t get any greeting, not even a look. She scanned my items, took payment and then practically threw my bag at me without a word. All in all the clothes are lovely but the girls working there need a crash course in customer service, there is no excuse for the rudeness I experienced."

"I personally really like brandy Melvilles style and general aethetic although I never had any problems i'm very aware that brandy is not very inclusive , having only 1 size available is proving my statement-the size fits me. it isn't possible for skinny low rise jeans to fit everyone just like they claim. overall, I really like the products this brand sell however I don't like their attitude as they aren't particularly respectful towards different ethnisities .for example their websites models are all white and skinny. I will say I really like the free, good quality stickers they have to offer."

"I have been inside a few Brandy Melville’s ; This one was not the best experience, but not the worst. First off, it was boiling hot inside. It’s November, but unseasonably warm- it was like a toaster in there. That made it quite unpleasant. What also didn’t help was the fact that there is no queue system. The line for the till went through the middle of the shop, so it made it uncomfortably crowded. The staff we talked to were friendly enough. The main reason why I gave this review 3 stars, was just because of how crowded it was. It really made it an unpleasant experience at some parts. We bought a nice cardigan which feels like good quality. I would just highly suggest that this Brandy Melville creates a queuing system, or a designated queue section."

"I looove Brandy Melville!! I have been wanting to go to a Brandy store in real life, since i’ve only been shopping online, so i was really happy going to this store in London. A really lovely experience!!! The girls (who were SOOOO pretty) made the experience really enjoyable even tho the store was quite full when i went. The Carla Hoodie that I bought here is surely one ofmy favourite brandy items! I imagine that it will so warm and comfortable for cold winter days. I completely recommend this hoodie and would absolutely buy again! It’s really soft and comfortable. Feels casual but can be worn with almost anything. The hoodie has the size XLarge, (didn’t know that brandy sold other sizes than xs or one size??) so it’s obviously really big buuut that makes it kinda special :) The Carla Hoodie that i bought here is quite heavy but as i said before, i think that it’ll be absolutely perfect for this winter season!! Brandy Melville definitely my go to shop if I need new clothes. The only thing is that the top I ordered is slightly thin. I’m also disappointed to see how little diversity there is and how all of the models are so slim, the sizing says it is “regular fit” but only fits xs/s sizes.I feel that they should include different sizing for all clothing so that all sizes feel welcome."
