"It looks great from the outside it has a decent sized well groomed beer garden with tables with shades too and a great choice of ales which are well looked after. It's the inside decor that is the major let down as the place looks old and feels old. In keeping with its average age of its clientele during the day and some nights. Though there can be plenty of young people in here too especially at weekends. Really impressed with all the staff here who are most excellent and work hard for sure . Only piece of advice, please tell the smokers not to smoke in the no smoking area, happens too often."
"First time been here.found the pub to be light and bright unlike most of Wetherspoons pubs which tend to have subdued lighting. Beautiful beer garden. Found staff very pleasant and on the ball food good value for money will call in again. Only small gripe very small car park"
