"I was one of employees at monsoon accessorise in Westfield Stratford. and I have been working for them for a 5 months. Something went wrong with my payslip the issue was that the tax been taken over £243 every month and I’ve been asking help for the managers rasa which was the retail assistant manager and have the responsibility to help the assistant if something went wrong unfortunately she wasn’t helpful when I asked her for help. and also I told the store manager which was hailey and she’s been delaying and since that five months every month half of my money was being taken by the tax. I give up when I saw no one want to help me and I called the tax by my self and they told me that I’m not in the system and they also said you do not work for monsoon. It was good experience and the staff were very friendly. They just need to fix the managers."

"I love my local Monsoon store. It is a medium size store (all on one floor) but it is well stocked. You can find a wide variety of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. The children's section is small but they have a good variety of clothes and shoes to choose from. Finally, lovely and friendly staff on hand to assist you if needed."

"This store is much much smaller than other Monsoon stores. They don't have enough stock and everything is limited. There is no point in coming to this store, hoping to find whatever you are looking for. You might not find it. Believe me, I tried it before. Left with disappointment. This is the nearest 'collection only' Monsoon store for me hence I come down here to collect whatever I order online. Overpriced but products are very hard wearing, good quality and elegant too. I buy party/wedding clothes for my kids. This time I bought a winter coat for my lil princess. I've been looking for this particular coat for her for ages. I failed to find them last year. Monsoon had it stocked up for this season and luckily I found it. Didn't hesitate. Ordered online straightway. She looks so cute in it, mA!"
