"Myself and my family have been shopping at this shop for years. I recently paid £39.99 for a loungewear set and it ripped after an hour of wearing it. I don’t live local so returned it with a couple of weeks later with a receipt but they refused. However, they refused to change it! I will never be buying from them ever again!!!"
"This is a small independent boutique, with a good range of on-trend clothing. More suited to teens or early 20's. Nicely laid out and clean. Prices are fair, quality of the clothing is what you'd expect for the price you pay. Located just by the main Pavilion. Staff are friendly and welcoming."
"Spent a small fortune in this shop in the past year or so and brought in family and friends who also spent a lot of money here only a couple of weeks ago. I bought a particular blouse and wore it for the first time around two weeks ago. I did buy this top about three months ago but due to bad weather never wore it and did for the first time a few weeks ago. BTW I still had the receipt. As I was driving I noticed a hole in the seam in the sleeve so I thought I would give the shop a call to let them know and they told me to bring it to the shop. I did this the next day and was told that because I had it for three months I'm not entitled to anything not even a repair, of which I asked for anyway as they didn't have anymore of the same blouse. I was told that they are an independent shop and do not have to do anything for me. There was a bit of confrontation and in the end the owner came in and was nice to me and said I can have a repair. My top went off for repair and I was told it would be ready for collection in the week, the following week of which it wasn't. I called the shop to get the response that because I had it three months "i can wait for it and not to harass the shop". I was disgusted with the way I have been treated and could not believe after spending so much money in this shop and family and friends the same, they have got rid of so much custom through being spiteful. I did call trading standards and spoke to a sympathetic lady who told me my rights and said that they have to by law give me a replacement or repair within six months if the item is faulty. I did get a reference and a name just in case. It does not matter if a shop is independent or not the law is the same for everybody who is selling to the public even secondhand goods. Please ladies take note of this and know your rights. Finally, I picked the blouse up today and will never be going back neither will my friends or family."
