"I have not visited the Poetry store in London in person but have twice ordered several items of knitwear, shirts, trousers, dresses and footwear online. I’ve changed my style since finding Poetry clothing. I love the colour palettes, how I can mix and match different pieces together and the quality and softness of the fabrics. I genuinely feel happier getting dressed in Poetry clothing. It’s reassuring that everything is made from natural fibres and will last a long time. Thank you"

"These reviews seem to be a year old. I visited the store for the first time today and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I was served by Kassandra - nothing was too much trouble - but the other girls in the shop were also very friendly. It's good to be greeted with a smile - not pushy, just very helpful. I found the sizing a bit erratic and had to return one item I bought today, but again that was dealt with very efficiently and quickly. I think the quality of the items I bought is very good. I would certainly visit again."

"This is a follow up to my previous review - the problem that I had was picked up by customer service at Poetry and dealt with efficiently and very generously. They apologised for what had happened to me and sent me the item I wanted as complementary. Now very impressed with their attitude and will continue to go to the shop and buy from there. Mistakes/accidents happen, but it is the way they are dealt with that counts and in this case it was excellent. Recommended!"
