"Hello. I went to this store today with my family. My wallet with money and credit cards was stolen from my bag. We are refugees from Mariupol (completely destroyed city in Ukraine). We live here with sponsors. It was all our money for living. When we turned to the staff for help, all they helped us with was dialing the police number. The seller didn't even call security when we asked and didn't give the address of the store for police in that moment. I understand that she let other people go. But this is a very serious situation. She should have called other staff. And when we ourselves called the police, it turned out that after us, more people were robbed in the same store. We were very upset by such indifference to people's grief.In this shop no one cares about people's safety."
