"Hard to believe but when my daughter found a blazer in vintage section with no price tag on it as most items on the rack didn’t have one I asked the manager how much first she said £85 then quickly said no £99 and we left the store two days later I went to buy it to surprise my daughter and the same lady manager at the register said it’s £120 I questioned her why different price every time she said £120 love sure enough I just walked out. It’s just wrong to spend your money in this store in Camden."

"Soooo disappointed, expensive!!! And everything I tried looked really bad, but looked amazing on display, they didn't even want to change us a 10 pound bill to coins for the photo machine if we didn't purchase anything. Shame"

"A big selection of Women’s clothing however the Menswear section doesn’t offer much. A lot of the same clothing from previous years are still on display. The design of the store is great and the store is far larger than it appears to be from the front. The main reason why I am giving 1 star is the customer service. You get the vibe here that feels like staff are there to socialise and make a quick buck in the process - they couldn’t care less about customer service. During my most recent visit, I reluctantly spent a few hundred pounds on myself and my daughter. The staff were just not interested in engaging and were all too busy having a chit chat instead of helping me. The expressions on their faces made it clear they take no pride in their work. Perhaps not all the staff are like this but this is certainly what I have personally experienced more than once. I then proceeded to the till with a “hello, how are you?” To be greeted by a girl who was completely blank. Not a word was uttered in response and she said nothing other than telling me what my total came to. Didn’t offer a bag until I asked for one and I was the one thanking her as I concluded the transaction - one would think I’m the staff and she’s the customer."
