"On a visit to West Bromwich interceptor today the service we had was very poor table seemed sticky even when wiped,the wait for food was 40 minutes,when the food come it had 2 tiny pieces of onion small piece of lettuce and a very tiny amount of mayo on the chicken burger which was supposed to have salad and sauce,I asked for mayo and that was like water and I asked for cutlery and serviettes to not get any brought will not be returning"
"We went at a busy time so we had to look around for a table ,as some were also left with the plates of food on top or were not cleaned, and stay in a queue for a bit, but overall we Had a lovely time here and the food was very good. We will go back."
"Went with a group of friends plus 9 kids. Food was great, big portions (compared to what is shown) and value for money can't complain. Would have loved having ribs, but not available. Plus, may be another meatless option need. Otherwise, GREAT. Nhs/blue light card accepted."
"The service was slow, the tables were not cleaned, there were lots of tables where other customers left plates full of food. The nachos were the best I'd ever had so that being said I would go back and give it another chance. Maybe they were short staffed that day."
