"I went into the empty shop and was ignored by the two assistants who were at the desk and who looked up at me when I walked in. I stayed for five minutes looking at all the rails and deciding what I would like to buy, however, my presence was clearly not important enough for either one of the so called assistants to say hello I had a substantial amount of birthday money burning a hole in my pocket and I have gone elsewhere to spend it What a shame your staff don’t have the common decency to smile a greeting and acknowledge a potential customer. Obviously lockdown did not affect your business and you do not have to make up for all the lost revenue during the pandemic, or you would have trained your staff about customer service"

"I cannot disagree more with the last review. I shop regularly at Coco Ivy, both Rina and Dina are amazing. I always find some well priced little gem, that you can't find anywhere else. Sometimes things go wrong with an item, whenever you buy them. You can also rely on them to tell you if it looks right or wrong."

"Having read other reviews about this shop I felt moved to add my own. I too have experienced quite disgusting levels of unconcern by the dismissive and arrogant staff while purchasing an item at the till. My experience was making perfectly rational observations questioning the need to sell items made from real fur pointing out that it was more than likely to be dog or cat fur from China as it was trim fur. I was met with sneering indifference and the comment of “Oh well, it’s very popular here” showing no interest or concern about the reality about what they were selling. The fact that something is popular does not make it right and I think most right thinking people would have taken my observation with the seriousness which was intended but not at this shop."
