"We went in here for a drink (group out on a stag weekend) as the groom likes the music, the staff were very friendly, the music was good. I have a disability & walk with a stick, the manager was very nice & said if I needed a chair to let them know. I'd recommend this bar to anyone"
"Awesome place, cool design, if you love metal this is your place. Bar staff are very friendly and even asked us if we had any song requests."
"Pretty tidy pub playing heavy rock and metal. Has one main room downstairs with a large dance floor and a smaller one upstairs with a pool table. Sometimes feels a bit too "clean" for a rock venue, which does affect the atmosphere, but this is improving over time. It's biggest issue is usually being too empty, but the slow death of Birmingham's rock scene is hardly their fault, and at least you can always get to the bar!"
"Cool staff, friendly atmosphere, never a bad night. Bands on upstairs and djs downstairs lots of theme nights all centered around rock, metal and alternative music. good beer at decent prices and range of choices to suit most people."
"Been here a few times and like the place. Plays great music and stocks good beers. Only reason I can't give a 5 star is because whenever I go here, the atmosphere is always a bit flat and it's never really busy enough to get going (perhaps I'm just going on bad days, although I've been in on a weekend and it was still very sombre). I'll keep going though and I'd encourage other fans of rock to do the same."
