"Manager Ashley was very rude and arrogant when visited in store on Friday 28th Dec 2018. Refusing to exchange a gift that was brought in store without the gift receipt. Don't waste your time going there to expect good customer service as you will be sadly disappointed.Not representing Ted Baker brand in a positive way. Needs to be re trained to be more empathetic and to avoid loosing their custom."
