"We booked in for a foot measurement for our children and were served by a lovely lady called Margaret who looked after us, and did as much as she possibly could to help us select the right size and shoe style for our children. She was so polite, great customer service, and managed the social distancing very well indeed. Our initial experience of booking in the appointment was great too, but on arrival at the shop (10-15 mins early for the appt to browse) we were asked to leave by a staff member and told we would not be seen quicker by turning up early. We had simply done all our shopping and took the opportunity to browse the shoes before the measure. Margaret did well to lift the experience after that, so thank you!"
"Excellent fitting service for our little one. Unfortunately the style did not suit her feet and she ended up with a blister. They exchanged the shoes for a different style with absolutely no fuss at all. Wonderful customer service"
