"This place has been here for years but I found out now when I was invited to a birthday party it's really good, I enjoyed it so much Children will love it because it has a play area and food place Lots of activities for children You can book this place for children birthday parties"

"This place could have so much more potential if run correctly. I've been here several times now (purely for convenience) but a few things I've noticed 1- staff seem very inattentive and disinterested. From general floor management, monitoring the reception area(almost non existent) checking on the service users Staff member was sat talking away today 25/10/22 @ 12:50hrs whilst 2 parents were stood outside the reception area pressing the bell, waiting to be let in. All other parents heard the bell and saw these parents waiting to be let in. Eventually a parent got up to let them in via the exit door. Only then staff member got up and seemed annoyed with this parents for doing this. Staff were more concerned about having their private conversation in the kitchen more than monitoring appening around them (2 females and 1 young male)s some further training in customer service will be a good starting point here 2- venue seems very unkempt and dirty. Lacks hygiene 3- food, though normally very average. It was quite well done today. Including the burgers, wraps, chips and pop corn chicken 4- the heater/blower though is effective in heating the venue. It is so ridiculously loud to a point it's almost unbearable sitting in the dining area when eating food. 5- staff need to advise parents and remind them no young children in the main play area. it was the busiest I've seen it in here due to half term. Several really young children (at a guess ay 18+ months old) who can barely walk are getting pushed and shoved around which obviously is a concern I will still attend as it's a local businees/charity and I like to support locals and willing to give them time to take on board reviews and act upon them but serious change needs to happen"

"Needs improvement and more cleanliness!! ..the ball pit in the baby area really needs cleaning the balls are filthy...also there is a small gap which children can get down that is not part of the play area that needs covering....the front of entrance coming in needs addressing it looks uninviting and like ur trying to enter a prison .also took a long time to open the door to be let in..vast improvement needed ...I understand its a charity but if that's the case oldham council need putting in more money...the place needs more cleaning and air freshners ..won't be back in a hurry ..didn't try the food so couldnt comment."

"It's not very clean, the soft play area for toddlers looks especially plain and boring. The cans of 7up we bought said not to resell as they were part of a multipack. Kids made the best of it but there wasn't much for them to do. The worst part is there's a massive safeguarding risk as the office is left unattended, I watched someone let their partner in through the exit. Someone could easily sneak in after people leave and not be noticed."

"Excellent facilities, take my kids there all the time & they love it. The food & the staff are amazing, prices on food & facilities are very reasonable. We loved it so much that we had our daughters birthday party there & the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend 110%"
