Reviews of The Fazeley Inn
"The room was dirty, really loud, and didn't feel safe. And the pub food was not good. Worst place I've ever stayed. Definitely NOT kid friendly."
"We were told our room 'needed some work' so we were given complimentary breakfasts. Our room was disgusting: the ensuite ceiling was covered in black mould and the floor was yellowed. The blind in the room had a horrible mark on and all the drawers had suspicious stains. The TV was broken (and the remote was disgusting) WiFi barely reached our room and the radiator looked broken so we didn't want to turn it on. Breakfast was served on chipped plates at a sticky table, the food was fine (hygiene rating not yet received). The free tea and coffee came in chipped and mostly dirty mugs, it wasn't very nice and no alternative milks available. The owner was quite nice but unfortunately our stay was awful. Parking was also very difficult and didn't feel safe."
"We stayed here for 2 nights in July 22. We had a triple room on the 2nd floor (up 2 flights of stairs). The room was clean and a decent size. The beds were comfortable. There was no kettle in the room, but there was tea and coffee you could help yourself to in the bar area. The pub has a small car park and if you can’t get in there is parking on the street. There is a separate entrance for when the pub is closed. We had a nice cooked breakfast each morning for £3."
"We have just spent Easter weekend at the Fazeley Inn and wasn't disappointed. The staff was so lovely, polite, and friendly. The room was small but just perfect for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom is a small size but the shower cubicle was a decent size and the water was lovely and hot. It all looks to be newly decorated in the public areas and the rooms. The food is very affordable and very tasty. There is a very nice beer garden and a small park area for children to play including a shelter area and a grassed area which is right by the car park. The car park isn't big but also wasn't a problem for parking or getting out. We will definitely use the Fazeley Inn again because we plan on taking the family to Drayton manor which is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.It can get noisy with the revelers on a night time due to the location of the rooms and the beer garden. This could be an issue if you have young children or you want an early night. The live band music could be heard from our room which was the furthest away but we aren't light sleepers so this wasn't an issue for us"
