"My Daughter absolutely loves this place and has missed going we can't wait till there able to reopen, always a nice atmosphere, very clean, food and drinks are also great and reasonable priced cant fault this place its Great for my Daughter to have a run around, Owners are lovely and genuine people, can tell there not just in it for the money and would bend over backwards for you. We'll be straight back once yous are able to reopen guys."
"The soft play area is a good size for young children and it is easy to keep an eye on them from the seating area. Staff were very quick to try to charge me for an over 2 year old without asking my child's age when he is not 2 yet. Food was a bit expensive for what you get and took a long time to come. The staff didn't even tell me they'd bring the food over, I was just left to guess while they moved on to the next customer. Also the step at the door makes access difficult for anyone disabled or who has a pram, which I expect is a lot of people at a soft play centre. Overall I think it's worth a visit for the price but I wouldn't get food there again."
"I have used kids klub for a long time now. My children both enjoy it and are always busy creating one adventure or another. I on the other hand love sitting watching whilst drinking a great cup of coffee and enjoying a delicious snack. Their food is brilliant!!!! Both my children have their parties there which are reasonably priced and the kids love them and I have already booked parties for this year. All in all a fabulous place for me and my kids"
"Took my child first time to a friends son's first birthday party. My 9 month old son enjoyed the play area but the party room wasn't for him. The BIG issue as a parent was that it was a shame that they stop serving food around 3pm when we just got there as the party was booked from 3pm-5pm on a saturday. I asked for either hot food or even a cold sandwich which the lady refused so ended up with a coffee. 45 mins later i see that someone else from the party was eating hot food ordered without a problem!! .......Hence the 1 star!!!"
