I was cheated out of a four hundred pound guitar because the payment was due on Christmas eve (£50 because they'll only lend you ⅛ of actual value) and they shut at 12.00pm even though it stated on their own website they'd be open till 3.00pm. After Christmas the management denied this even though i had time and date stamped video and witnesses. Bottom line - dont trust them they thrive on the desperation of the poor. Dont believe the 5 star reviews because I know via IP tracing that some of them came from that shop."
