The room hire prices are very good value, the place is kept clean and there are all the amenities that we require. Andrew is very efficient when it comes to communication over room bookings and has also provided us with a small storage cupboard which makes running our classes a lot easier."

"There is huge margin of improvement. When i visited it was super hot and there wasn't even a single window open..no fans.kitchen was good but no fridge at all. There is a stage but bare wooden floor,atleast cover it with some cheap carpet.over all a bad impression. I dint like it don't know abt you. B4 booking make sure u visit it."
