"Wow!!! We had a birthday party here today for my little girl. Not only did they go above and beyond to fit her in when I mixed up the dates, but from the second we walked through the door we were greeted with kindness and smiles. They made such a big deal of Tabitha and were so lovely. The kids had an absolute ball. I will 100% be using them for all our parties. Honestly the customer service was amazing and it actually makes me emotional just thinking about how lovely they were with my children. It was so refreshing and made my day. "Tonight my daughter had her 5th birthday party at Jumparooz in Ashton and it was incredible. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. The children got to eat in an inflatable area that was ready for us, table cloths, plates, cups and juice all laid out for when we walked in. They’d also designated tables for all the adults. The whole place was so clean and tidy and the staff were amazing, especially Bobby who all the kids wanted to talk to and she made time for every single one of them. We were able to add our own decorations and we weren’t rushed at all when the party had finished, we were given all the time we needed to gather our things together. The food they provided was delicious, even our fussy children enjoyed it and there was so much of it that it fed most of the adults too! So affordable and for what you get it’s worth every penny. My daughter said ‘it was the best party ever!’ Thank you to all the staff that made it so wonderful, it was a night our family will never forget."

"What an amazing venue! My son had his 8th birthday party here. The food was amazing all oven cooked, so nothing was greasy. The staff was amazing and catered for everything! Incredible clean and well maintained. Can highly recommend Jumparooz for a party or just a visit for the little ones to burn off a bit of energy. 5 *****"
