Reviews of Costa Coffee
"The lady who served me an old lady with hair cut short to her scalp showed absolutely poor customer service skills! I went during a loud and busy time I ordered two toasties for me and my son, she was asking me sitting in or taking away? Cash or card? And when she couldn’t hear my response when u told her im paying by card she started raising her voice and talking down to me! I went a bit closer to her seeing as she couldn’t hear me before and asked her to please not raise her voice at me the way she did! She replied back in a rude manner saying ‘well if you’re gonna be rude and ignore me what do you expect’ i tried to explain that I responded back but she just didnt seem to hear me but she ignored me when i said this and continued mouthing off to me! Thats when i asked to cancel my order and her kind colleague assisted with my refund! After the rude short haird lady tried to state that i never paid in the first place! Which i did and her colleague even had to tell her that i did infact pay! In customer services u have to bite your tongue regardless! Thats customer services! Maybe look into finding a job in a different industry sweetheart"
"I have only marked as 4 star, as despite asking for my latte to be hot, it wasn't! Otherwise, a pleasant place to sit and have coffee."
"Wonderful service. Staff are always very friendly and chatty. And coffee of course is always great :) They are working super hard considering being low staff. I have worked in coffee shops and I know the pressure the staff can be under. Keep up the good work everyone :)"
"I go to this store with my daughters and their Nan every few weeks, the last few visits behind the coffee machine is disgusting covered in chocolate powder, tables dirty staff look miserable but today was the worst by far first the marshmallows looked r like they had been stepped on and put back in the jar, they tried to put them on my daughters plates with there babychinos when I asked for them to be taken off and they would have flakes as I’m not allowing them to eat them ones the shift manager picked them up and through them across the bar toward the bin quite aggressive, secondly when asked if we was sitting in I said yes but please can we have them in take away cups as the children prefer them but there other lady started to put them in cups I said I asked for them in takeaway she pulled her face and sighed started slamming, pulled the flakes off the plates and slammed them on the tray so their Nan pulled the plates back and said we are dying in we just want take away cups please o told them your customer service is disgusting on this store then the manager started being rude with numerous comments. Worst costa I’ve ever been and will not be returning"
"First time visiting this costa coffee. It was the only coffee place open on a Sunday in Halesowen. We waited longer than usual for our drinks and there were a lot of people in the queue whilst we were eating. I think they could do with some more staff members, especially during busy times. The tables were clean and the food was nice. There are a lot of tables to choose from."
