"Ordered online for pick up. Person behind the till was talking to their colleagues whilst in the middle of serving us. They proceeded to ask us 3 times what I had said due to them not paying attention. Food was left on the side for about 10 minutes before receiving it as they had forgotten to let us know it was ready. Toast was cold and the sandwiches had sweated to the point that the bread had gone mushy. Pleased that they are inundated with orders, but it seems they are incapable of managing the volume they receive."
