Found the oven I wanted and ordered it, then lockdown happened, the owners of appliance World were fantastic they loaned me a brand new bosch oven until they could get mine to me. I now have my oven and I have since bought a new gas hob from them. Customer service is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend using Appliance World."

We didn't have a clue how to organise a replacement as our kitchen appliances were all integrated when we moved in to the house. They also arranged for the new fridge freezer to be fitted and the old one to be taken away.
