"Me and my partner came in for some running shoes last Saturday. Even though we turned up not long before closing time the staff were both exceptionally helpful. I was served by an American guy (I think he said the US not Canada) who really took his time with me as a new runner. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I took my time and got exactly what I needed. Also as a slightly larger guy who was a bit nervous going to a specialist shop like this I was made to feel very welcome and respected. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. "Rang up prior to my visit to get my gait tested. Spoke to Chris on the phone about the process. Once in the shop Chris's knowledge regarding running, shoes and even sport injuries was really useful and really bloody impressive! I was shown my running form (via video analysis) and Chris advised 3/4 shoes that would work. There was no sense that I needed to buy a shoe there or then, he even advised to go away and do your own research before buying. Best experience I've had when buying sporting equipment. I will be buying my shoes from here!"
