"A really disappointing experience, ruined by the awful service and attitude of the owner. We travelled over an hour for this birthday meal, following a recommendation. We waited ages to be seated, and had to ask for the menu and then for our order to be taken. The food, it has to be said was tasty if very overpriced. The worst was shortly after our food was served, the music was turned up to a ridiculous level. To say it was louder than a nightclub is no exaggeration. The was owner filming the whole thing on his phone (presumably for social media). This went on for the remainder of our time in there. Who wants to eat in a nightclub? We asked the arrogant owner if it could be turned down a little, and we’re told “no - it’s Friday”. We then had to endure not being able to speak to each other at all for the next hour. When we asked for the bill, we again told the waiter that it’s not a good experience, and that they should consider reducing the bill. It came back full price plus a laughable service charge (which we of course refused to pay). It’s clear that this restaurant (or is it a club??) is the play thing of its appallingly arrogant and unpleasant owner. The embarrassment was evident in the faces of his staff. Go anywhere else."
"fresh ingredients, attention to details, tasty authentic Palestinian food. went there twice. after the first lunch, decided to return for dinner. it is a pleasant environment in the evening as music is on and can dance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. staff is the nicest. must drink to try: non-alcohol mint and lemon cooler."
"Really great food and wine, had 8 dishes between us and all were delicious. Fast service and reasonably priced"
"This was my first dinner in London and what a great way to start a journey. My personal favorites were their delicious falafel and the Palestinian coffee. The decorations of the place add some beautiful vibes. Long live Palestine, their food and their people."
