"Staff are very cold tbh. Wish there were more men too. It’s a very serious environment at the checkout :) no smile or giggle or anything like that. I was about to pay and was warned they do exchange only!! Jeans is very expensive and don’t be fooled by their presence in the outlets, they are like full priced retail shop! I wasn’t keen on buying but went ahead anyway..hopefully it’s a worth purchase. Even if it’s not, can’t do much because they don’t take it back. So there you go!!"
"Decent clothing just wish there was more men's"
"Last night on November 24, 2021 at about 8 pm at The Kooples in Cheshire Oaks I encountered a rude shop assistant who would not budge from folding away clothes to help check for item sizes. When asked if there was nobody else to attend seeing how she was taking her time, she said she was the only one there. After a while when she went to the store room, my daughter who was with me thought she had gone to get what I asked for. She only came back with more clothes to fold. Unbelievable! She was clearly not busy and only chose to deliberately not respond to a customer’s need. I did not get her name, but she is a disgracefully poor representative of the company and the rotten egg in Cheshire Oaks. Do better."
