"The food was good. Enjoyed my mackerel starter. The mains roast turkey was just OK - I've had better, to be honest. The dessert is what I wasn't impressed with at all. The brownie is served cold with ice cream... it should have been warm brownie and ice cream or cold brownie with warm custards... I couldn't cut through it, that's how hard or too cold it was. And I understand that desserts need to be kept in edible condition but surely when served, it can be done properly. Anyway, you'll notice, I still gave a 4 star as the atmosphere was good and the rest of the meal was enjoyable but more importantly, I always look at good service and they did well. I interacted with 3 different people and they were all fantastic on the day so I can't fault them. As a recognised Google Local Guide, I have to say it as it is. So, altogether, good place, and I'm sure coming back. Hopefully, the dessert with be better."

"We went here for lunch. Really enjoyed our salmon tartines, the brioche toast was excellent; quality of the smoked salmon was superb and really stood out to me. Delicious pastries too, we enjoyed our coffee choux bun and apple tart. Great service. Will be back!"

"Lovely meal, we sat in the bar area which was a little more picturesque and more like a wine cellar than I would describe as a bar.Especially recommend the curried crab starter and beef bourginon and the bouillabaisse mains.All the the desserts the 6 of us had were really nice. I tried the prune and armagnac tart on this occasion as I have never had it before.We bought some extra apple tart to take home with us."
