"Without exaggeration, this has to be the worst customer service experience I and my mother have ever had. For clarification, my mum is blind. She never asks for any special treatment, just basic manners and respect the same as anyone else. Two ladies behind the counter, I ask on behalf of my mum if they accept returns. They both hesitantly took the return, didn't acknowledge or speak to my mum at all, who said hello. One lady asks, very rudely, "do you have a pet? This is absolutely covered in dog hair." She looks at my mum, who doesn't know who is speaking to who or what is happening, so I answer yes, and explain that the jeans weren't left out of the bag. She insisted how awful the pet fur was and complains "it'll take all day to get this out". My mum apologises and tries to explain again, but the woman ignores her. The ladies take ages to sort out the return and don't talk to either of us while they're processing it. My mum asks if they need her card yet. No answer. I ask, louder, does she need her card? The first lady, again, rudely says "You'll need your card for a refund yes. You always need your card for refunds." My mum didn't ask that, thanks. They finally sort it. "Just to let you know, my mum is blind, she needs you to talk to her." No apology, just a curt nod and a look of disgust. The same lady clearly couldn't help herself as we were leaving. "This is going to take ages to clean." Absolutely disgusting customer service to anyone, but I am LIVID over the attitude and lack of help towards my mum with her disability. My mum may not to ask for assistance, but I sure as hell expect a lot better than this. Horrendous."
