"Really poor experience on two occasions with DPD pick up in Bromborough store. Collected first parcel Saturday morning and took 5 minutes to find as had been misplaced. Went back in the afternoon to collect another parcel that had been delivered at 2:30 and by 3:45 they could not find it. So will need to go back again in the hope that they have found it."
